About You

You are an experienced technical recruiter with a proven track record of successfully closing top-tier engineering talent. You utilize a variety of recruiting tools to build a robust pipeline and keep candidates engaged. You have experience working with engineering and sales leaders to achieve hiring goals. You are an excellent written and verbal communicator.


  • Own the full recruiting process at Determined AI, from sourcing and recruiting candidates to closing them and leading salary negotiations
  • Partner with hiring managers, external recruiters, and candidates while maintaining effective and timely communication through every stage of the recruiting process
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive recruiting strategy, including sourcing candidates from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds
  • Be a representative of our company vision and talent brand
  • Drive strategic recruiting initiatives that improve upon internal recruiting processes and overall candidate experience


  • 3+ years experience in full life-cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for highly technical roles
  • Experience developing creative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Diligent, metrics-driven, and process oriented
  • Experience recruiting in a startup or high growth environment
